The Hieromartyr Aristion, Bishop of Alexandria, was arrested for preaching the true faith and brought before the governor of Alexandria in Syria. At his trial he courageously confessed Christ, for which he was sentenced to be burned alive. The date of the blessed one’s martyrdom is unknown.
